I am still waiting to get my deposit back, and it has been over 10 days. They promised to unblock that amount from my card after the stay if everything was OK, which it was. I have messaged them many times since, but they never answer!!!

the staff were very responsive. the location suited me, as a solo tourist. it was close to the metro, a whole foods, and geo. washington univ.

i faced a problem , guests on the 8th floor have to deal with a constant mechanical buzzing. this noise seemed to come from the rooftop air conditioning. it was not a pleasant situation to be in.
